We try to aim for a 7-14 day delivery time, from when you make our order to your door
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial. If Solora isn’t right for your mornings, you can return it in its original condition for a refund.
Does it work without my phone?
Yes. All alarms and settings are controlled directly on the device.
Do I have to use sound as well as light?
No.
You can wake with light only, sound only, or both – it’s completely customisable.
Is the brightness adjustable?
Yes. You can set the sunrise brightness that feels right for your room and eyes.
Can I use it as a normal lamp?
Yes. The RiseLight works as a warm ambient bedside lamp even when the alarm is off.
What if I sleep through light?
You can enable a gentle backup buzzer to make sure you never oversleep.
